Why I switch to cloth pads?
I experienced rashes when I used disposable. So, when I found out about cloth pads, I start searching the benefits and reviews. I started using cloth pads in 2009. Ever since that, no more skin irritation during menstrual. Cloth pads are made from soft, breathable fabrics that allow air flow. This means, less or no sweating and irritation when you wear cloth pads.
There are so many options of cloth pads in the market. I was tempted with the cuteness of the prints.
Cloth pads will last for at least 5 years (depending on how many pieces you have). Therefore, it keeps a lot of disposable pads out of landfill.
For long term, cloth pads save you loads of money.
How to wear the cloth pad?
Just snap the cloth pad around your panty. The smooth side of the pad goes against your skin, the wings goes around the crotch of your panty to snap together. Change them as often as you use the disposable pads. It is recommended to have at least 8 to 12 pieces. However, it is depends on your flow and how often you change the pads.
